Who operates Zoomiesmart

Zoomiesmart is operated by Clifford Peek as a sole proprietorship. For privacy questions or requests, email support@zoomiesmart.com.

Browsing and free downloads

You can browse our resources and download available printables and coloring sheets without creating an account. If you complete a downloaded worksheet in your own file or app, the Zoomiesmart website does not receive those entries. Coloring-page searches and filters run in your browser.

Website services

This website is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites. The hosting service’s documentation describes processing of technical information, which can include logs, usage data and device information, to operate and support websites. Our pages also load fonts from Adobe Fonts. Your browser contacts Adobe to retrieve them. Adobe says its font-delivery service receives your IP address to deliver the fonts but does not store it, and does not set or use cookies for font delivery. Contacting us

Our contact link opens your email app. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include so we can respond. Please do not include information we do not need to help you.

Email signup and resource-pack requests

Email signup is for adults 18 and older. Free direct downloads remain available without email signup. The resource-pack email workflow is currently being tested and is not active.

The signup form asks for your email address and a separate, optional email-marketing choice. We use MailerLite to manage signup records and send confirmation messages. MailerLite can also record signup information such as IP address, approximate location, signup time and date, and source. The form stores the marketing choice in the subscriber record.

Choosing the optional Email permission allows Zoomiesmart to send pet tips, free printables and occasional offers. Leaving it unchecked does not grant marketing permission. You can withdraw that permission by contacting support@zoomiesmart.com.

MailerLite’s confirmation email contains an image that can signal when it loads. Open tracking and UTM campaign tags are disabled for the five planned workflow emails. MailerLite can still record email-link activity; these settings do not mean all tracking is disabled.

MailerLite processes subscriber information on our behalf. Its legal documentation describes data storage and international transfers, including transfers to the United States in relevant circumstances. Retention and requests

No automatic deletion schedule has been enabled for email-signup records. Unsubscribing does not itself erase a subscriber record. To ask about, correct or request deletion of your information, contact support@zoomiesmart.com. MailerLite says its permanent Forget process can take up to 30 days after a request is accepted. We do not promise that all copies are erased immediately.

Shopping and external links

Our website links to Printify checkout, Chewy and other external websites. Some links are affiliate links. Information you enter on another provider’s website is subject to that provider’s privacy notice. Review its notice before providing personal information.

Your choices

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information. Contact support@zoomiesmart.com with a request or question. If you believe a child has provided information through the adult email-signup form, please contact us.
